ALL of VaporSmiths hardware (batteries, wall charger, car chargers, USB Pass Thrus and Portable Charging Cases) comes standard with a 1 year warranty. If you have a defective product give us a call and we will send you a replacement, and send you a pre-paid envelope to send it back. Other companies make you pay to ship their defective units back to them, that is just unfair, you already paid for shipping once. We will never charge you shipping if one of our products fails during our warranty period. We will also get it to you fast usually within 2 days!
