At VaporSmiths, we stand behind our products. Other companies give you a 30 - 90 day warranty on hardware. Some claim lifetime warranty, but the fine print says you have to keep buying a minimum number of cartomizers every 90 days for that warranty to remain in effect, beyond that they charge you way to much for the hardware in the first place. VaporSmiths, is different.
VaporSmiths offers a full 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects on all hardware (Batteries, Chargers, Portable Charging Cases, and USB Pass Thrus). This warranty does not cover damage caused by an outside influence such as, but not limited to: liquid damage, physical damage, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Keep in mind, that as batteries are used, and age, they will not hold a charge for as long as they did at the beginning. This is normal, and not a warrantable claim.

Once we receive your warranty replacement request we will ship to you via USPS First Class Mail your replacements along with a prepaid envelope to return the defective products to us. You must return the defective product(s) to us within 14 days, failure to return the defective items within 14 days will result in a charge to the card on file for the price of the items we sent to you.
Additionally, if upon examination by our technicians, it is determined that the malfunction of the hardware is not a manufacturer defect, we will notify you of such, and you will be given the option of paying for the replacement(s) you received, or returning them to us and we will return the damaged items to you.
If we do not hear from you after 14 days of notification that your products do not meet the warranty guidelines, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for the replacement items cost.
This warranty does not cover cartomizers, liquid, or packaging.
If you want rush replacement service please let us know, and we will charge you $5.95 for USPS priority Mail.
Please note, for Int'l Customers, The warranty is limited in as much that we will still cover the hardware, however due to the cost of shipping we will need to charge for shipping, or send it with a subsequent order.
